JUPITERMEDIA CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FOLLOW-ON PUBLIC OFFERING OF COMMON STOCK(New York, NY - June 1, 2004) -- Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq: JUPM) today stated that its previously announced follow-on public offering closed on Friday, May 28, 2004. Of the shares sold, 3,200,000 shares were sold by Jupitermedia and 1,000,000 shares were sold by certain stockholders of Jupitermedia. An additional 630,000 shares were sold by Jupitermedia pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option. Jupitermedia did not receive any of the net proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.Jupitermedia expects to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions and the repayment of all of outstanding indebtedness incurred by Jupitermedia to finance its acquisition of Comstock Images on April 1, 2004.
