INTERNET.COM LAUNCHES GERMANY.INTERNET.COM AND SOUTHAFRICA.INTERNET.COM
(Westport, CT - November 8, 1999) - internet.com (Nasdaq: INTM), The E-Business and Internet Technology Network, today announced that it has launched international editions of the internet.com network for Germany and South Africa. The sites, germany.internet.com (http://www.germany.internet.com) and southafrica.internet.com (http://www.southafrica.internet.com) will feature original local content written by local journalists, as well as content from the North American edition of internet.com. The sites will be available in the German and English languages, respectively.internet.com's global network of Web sites now consists of 11 international properties and includes the following editions: asia.internet.com, arabia.internet.com, australia.internet.com, canada.internet.com, china.internet.com, israel.internet.com, france.internet.com, japan.internet.com and uk.internet.com, all of which are located in internet.com's International Channel.
